Pumping
We are equipped to handle just about any pumping job needed AND we're available 24/7
The following items are included in our pumping:
We use a powered mixer that combines the scum, effluent and sludge to ensure everything is pumped out. (See Figure 1)
The float meter on our truck accurately measures the number of gallons pumped.
If you have a pump in your system, we will pull the pump to check the impeller for debris, wash it thoroughly and check floats before reinstalling.
We check the inlet and outlet baffles to make sure they are in place and working properly.
You will receive an orange sticker showing the size of your tank, exact location of the access manhole for the septic system and the recommended pumping intervals.
A reminder will be sent to you when it is time for your system to be serviced again, and all records are kept in our files.

Operation & Maintenance Contracts
Our O&M contracts are designed to provide you with the assurance of proper preventative maintenance and management. We can customize your contract to fit your needs, whether it is a residential single-pump system, or a large-scale commercial system.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Advanced Treatment Technologies
Sand Filters
Re-circulating Gravel Filters
Pump to gravity
Pressure distribution
Residential & Commercial Operation & Maintenance
Advanced Treatment Technologies | Sand Filters | Re-circulating Gravel Filters
Operation and Maintenance can be as simple as pumping your tank for an onsite system or as complex as monthly service on a commercial application. Regular maintenance prevents premature failure of your onsite system. It is our recommendation, and may also be required by DEQ, local regulatory authorities, or manufacturers, that all components be thoroughly checked and cleaned on a regular schedule.
For example:
Septic tanks
Pump tanks, pump systems
Treatment unit if applicable
All electrical components and controls
Drainfield dispersal and components
Sampling requirements
Troubleshooting
We are qualified to meet any and all permit requirements necessary.
